Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. For CDG and Orly, we monitor your flight in real time — if it is delayed, your driver adjusts. We include 60 minutes of free waiting time for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real time. Your driver will be there when you land, regardless of delays. No extra charge for flight delays.
Are prices fixed or metered?
All transfer prices are fixed and confirmed at booking. There are no surprises — traffic, tolls, and parking are included.
Can I make a stop along the way?
Yes. You can request a stop en route at no extra charge for brief stops (up to 15 minutes). Longer stops can be arranged.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Child seats and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please specify ages when booking.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. Book a round trip and save. We will confirm both legs with the same driver when possible.
